I would highly recommend A & E for Hardie siding. The sales rep Joe Mendoza was so easy to work. Other companies told me about the product they offered but Joe actually helped me vision what my house could look like. The crews were very professional. The site was cleaned up every night. Joe was on site every night as well to make sure everything was cleaned up to my expectations. Derrick the foreman and Diego the crew chief were also very communicative. In addition they were also highly skilled craftsman who cared about doing everything
correctly. It was a pleasure working with A & E which has not always been my experience when doing home improvement projects.

Alex and the team at A&E did a great job on my Hardie board siding. The quality of work was first class as they did a great job on the installation, had a high level of communication throughout the project, and even came back after the job was complete to touch up the caulk and paint (without me asking). Despite having over 2 dozen storm chasers & contractors knock on my door to replace my hail damaged aluminum siding, I called Pastor, at A&E Roofing & Siding, whom had did my a great job on my roof 7 years ago.

I wanted to do Hardie as opposed to vinyl, he saw my vision and more for my tired house and helped to transform it into a modern looking home. He, is committed to and passionate about quality workmanship and pays attention to details as do his workers Rodrigo, George and and his Hardie Siding crews. They tore off two layers of siding, aluminum & cedar and trim, then replaced it all with Hardie Montery Beige siding & white trim.

The crew was fast, efficient, courteous, and accommodating. They paid attention to detail, did an outstanding job siding and caulking the entire home. The home looked better than I had imagined when they finished and I have received lots of compliments on it. His office staff and family are very polite, professional and helpful throughout the process also. I would definitely use A&E Roofing & Siding again and highly recommend them. Moved into quite a "fixer-upper", all the hallways had wallpaper that peeled right off...but left most of the wallpaper paste behind. Where the paste did come away, so did the primer half the time, leaving unpaintable, damaged walls with an uneven texture. The salesman, Benito, was easy to work with, easy to get ahold of, and very communicative. The painters did an EXCELLENT job, and managed to keep the rest of my house from becoming inundated with dust from all the pre-painting sanding/mudding/priming required. Would highly recommend and call again if I ever had a painting job I could not handle myself. Also, they've done some small exterior repairs to my siding and roof in the past and are professional and reasonably priced.

Mr. Deleon was very professional and very professional. My roofing was extremely worn out and needing to be done asap. I called A&E Roofing to do the job after seeing great work they did on my sisters' roof. He even fought when my house insurance tried to deny the claim and they kept fighting until the insurance
approved it. They are extremely fast working. They only took 1 day to do the job. Now I have a wonderful roof to host christmas with my family. I highly recommend them.
